Blessing & Tapiwa, looked after my husband Brian for the last seven months of his life and the care and compassion shown to him and I was second to none. I am so grateful to the whole team. Very well done. THANK YOU ALL.

Cilla and her team, especially Tatenda are just angels on this earth. My mum who was only 57 when she fell terminally ill, formed a bond with the girls who just understood her. She was a very classy lady, and my goodness they did everything possible to personalise her care. You can NOT buy this level of service and I had Bluebird Care, who are apparently industry leading. All I’d say is watch out because Cilla is shaping the care world in a way I dont think many can compete with. I remember the moment Cilla came in, and just rolled the red carpet out for mum her favourite perfums, etc etc it makes me feel very emotional because it was such a crap time but the fact you had a team like this behind you until the end makes it just that little bit easier… Thank you so much. RIP mum, and keep up the good work!

My husband was admitted to hospital yesterday, after his two ProAce carers alerted me to a possible DVT (deep vein thrombosis) in his lower leg. Thanks to their alertness and professionalism, we acted quickly.

The hospital confirmed a DVT, and my husband is now receiving treatment for what might otherwise have become a life- threatening issue.

As always, ProAce staff have shown outstanding care and awareness – I cannot praise them highly enough!
